Irish crochet pattern - circle filling stitch

Make Romanian I cord in the shape of a Diamond. Every 5th loop make a network of yarn to hold the circles. Around the intersection of the network yarn, make circle.

 

For making the circle, start from the Icord. At the intersection, go above and below the 4 lines alternatively. Make 5 loops to make one circle. Make two knots at the end of the circle. Now move to the next intersection and make circle.
