Row 2: Ch 3, DC in all sts

Row 3: Ch 1, SC in st 1, picot in st 2, sc in next st,
sc in next, yo 2 times, insert hook from front to back in 2nd sc on left from picot of row 1, TC w/o pulling thru.

yo 2 times, insert hook from front to back
in 2nd sc on right from picot of row 1, TC , pull thru.
 

Row 4: ch 3, DC in all sts

Row 5: ch 1, SC in st 1, sc in next, yo 2 times, insert hook
around the intersection of diamond from Row 3, TC

diamond from Row 3, TC w/o pulling thru
yo 2 times, insert hook arnd intersection of next diamond from Row 3, TC, pull thru
